Janet Egan will lead a Drum Circle following the Nia class. She will also provide various drums and instruments. You are welcome to bring your own.
About Janet
Janet is a certified Relexologist and Cranio-Sacral Therapist. Together with her partner, Rocky Montesano, they own and operate Nature's Retreat, a Centre that offers workshops, retreats, vision quests, healing circles and sweat lodge ceremonies. Both Janet and Rocky have worked with Elders from the Saugeen reserve in Manitoba.
