The practitioner follows a series of hand positions either on , or slightly above the recipient's body. Reiki initiates a deep relaxation response easing tension and stress. It restores and balances the energy of the body, accelerating the body's ability to heal. The recipient remains fully clothed and a full body session is an hour.
THAI YOGA MASSAGE
